101 pounds gone in 8 months

Friday, marked 8 months. 8 months have gone by since the day I started this journey on, january 7th. I stepped on the scale a little nervous on friday. Especially with my foot injury. I had skipped an extra day off from exercising. But I just knew it inside that I had surpassed the 100 mark. Or at least a big part of me hoped. Scale read 193! Which means, I have lost 101 pounds in 8 months!!! It's been a crazy rollercoaster for me. From the ups and the downs. From all the hardwork I have put in each and every day, with my food choices, to my making exercise a regular thing in my life. I have never worked out a day before this, prior to pe in school and sports as a kid and the week or two I went on a diet in hs and went to the track to walk. Nothing like I do now. I exercise 6 days a week. Sometimes 5. It ain't easy, I ain't gonna lie. But the day you step on that scale and see you have surpassed 100 pounds in just 8 months on YOUR OWN is the day you feel something for the first time, satisfaction with yourself. I am honestly damn proud of myself.
